Version 3.0
New in Version 3.0:

Now you can decide if you want to use the start date or the due date to be shown
in Agenda.
If you choose the start date, NP2AGN will search for entries with the start date=today
and add them to Agenda, using the due date - start date as the days you'll be
warned.
I added a small .opo file to change the settings for NP2AGN.
Version 3.0 works with Notepad Deluxe.

New in Version 2.5:

Now NP2AGN works with SERVER from Pelican Software. This allows you to start it
in unattended mode.
When you start the new version, you'll be asked for your default Agenda file name.
This will be stored like the default ToDo list.

-------------------

New in Version 2:

Now NP2AGN supports german S3a's.

If anybody wants to use this macro on a dutch/french/spanish/??? S3a
I need this information:
Hotkeys for:
Goto Day view
Goto Todo view
in Todo list screen: Jump to list

NP2AGN is a macro, which looks into the PROJDATA.DBF file
for Notepad entries, which are due for the actual day.
The first 60 characters and the Notepad filename where the
project comes from are written as a ToDo entry into a user
defined Agenda ToDo list

Installation:

Copy the NP2AGN.MCO file into your \MACRO\MCO directory and
install it as usual as a macro, assigning a hotkey to it.

A good use for this macro could be to create a (silent) alarm
in the Pelican Alarm Server and assign NP2AGN as the macro to
execute. See the documentation for the Pelican Alarm Server for
more information.

The first time the macro is executed you will be asked to enter
the name of the ToDo list where the projects have to been
written. Since the ToDo file can be searched only for the first
letter make sure that the beginning letter is UNIQUE !
The ToDo list must exist. It cannot be created by the macro.

To change the name of the ToDo list you can or delete the NP2AGN.DBF
file from the \NOTE\ directory on your default disk or edit it from
the Data Application or JBData.

I'm sorry, actually there is no other way to do this.

I wrote this macro as a test, if there is interest in having
something like this. We can discuss, if the name of the ToDo file
where the entries have to been written can be extract from the
Notepad entry, if you need this to keep different projects in
different ToDo lists.

For any suggestions don't hesitate to contact me in the Palmtop
forum or via email
